Every pedal stroke syncs to the beat of tubas, trumpets, and percussion for a one-of-a-kind fitness fiesta

Where is the event?
CycleBar Castro Valley — 3331 Castro Valley Blvd, Castro Valley, CA
Do I need to bring anything?
If this is your first time at CycleBar, please bring a photo ID so you can sign the waiver before the ride.
How early should I arrive?
Please arrive at least 20–30 minutes early to check in, get set up, and get ready to ride. Doors open at 7:00PM
Please note: Riders will not be allowed to enter once the class begins. Late arrivals will not be admitted, and no refunds will be given.
Will this event sell out?
Yes! This event will sell out. Spots are limited and will be reserved on a first-come, first-served basis.
What kind of cycling shoes do I need?
Our bikes are compatible with Delta and SPD clips.
Don’t have cycling shoes?
No problem—we provide shoes for all riders as part of this event.
Can I sit next to my friends?
We’ll do our best to seat friends and groups together, but bike placement is first come, first served. Arriving early increases your chances of riding next to your crew!
Is this a private event?
Yes! This is a private, exclusive ride available only to those who book in advance.
Do I need to pay if I have a membership?
Yes. This is a special private event and is not included with memberships. All riders must purchase a spot for the ride.
What is your refund policy?
All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges will be provided for any reason, including late arrival or no-show. Please ensure you can attend before purchasing.
